#shoptilyoudrop shopping life hacks

This is my first lifestyle/fashion post but as a teenager of the 21st century, I adore shopping. No, I mean I seriously have an addiction. I hope I’m not the only one. 🙂 I love shopping for clothes and books too but this post is primarily going to be about shopping for clothes because who doesn’t like to go on an all out shopping spree? As a dedicated shopping enthusiast, one of the things that make me extremely happy whilst I’m shopping is finding and buying discounted clothes, which are normally expensive. I am all about the Black Friday and Boxing Day sales because who wouldn’t want to pay heavily discounted clothing that is good quality and looks amazing. However, I know that we don’t have sales every day and sometimes we really want to buy something but it’s way too expensive. So, today I decided to give you my top two tips on how to save your money when it comes to shopping.

using unidays…

Iery283ur2f there was a literal angel for shopping, Unidays would be it. Unidays is basically an app and website in which students, from both university and school can sign up to receive amazing discounts from good brands. If you click the link in the photo, you can sign up to the platform. What’s really good about Unidays is the fact that the discounts are from well-known brands, such as, Boohoo, Apple, The Iconic and ASOS. It also doesn’t just have fashion discounts. It’s a great platform overall for students who want to find student discounts. Not only that but whenever you recommend someone to the platform you can get store credit. Not only that but whenever you recommend someone to the platform you can get store credit. This post may have been prompted by the people at Unidays but I wouldn’t share something with you guys if I thought it was bad. I’ve been using Unidays for a while and I love it, it’s really handy to use whenever your shopping because all you have to do is whip out your phone and you’ll get the discounts. It’s definitely a handy thing to have when you are shopping online or in stores.

sales and outlets

ehr0283ue23You know that saying “Good things come to those who wait,” it definitely applies to shopping. Sometimes we see a new release dress and buy it immediately but two weeks later you discover that it goes on sale. I hate it when that happens and I know it may seem pretty obvious but sometimes if you just wait for a few more weeks, the t-shirt you wanted will often go on sale or you may even find another t-shirt that looks exactly like it from another store at a better price. Another tip that stems from this one is shopping at outlets. Outlets are heaven for shopping fashionistas. Outlets are basically a mall for famous brands in which the clothes come from the direct warehouse. Therefore, often you can find the clothes for cheaper prices or you may even be able to find clothes that they no longer sell in your everyday shop. I have so many stories about the amazing clothes I find at outlets but here is one of the. So, for a very long time I was been looking for Nike Roshes for ages and after months of searching, I could never find the right pair and they were just too expensive. One day, I decided to go shopping at an outlet and I found the perfect pair of Nikes at a discounted price. I couldn’t believe my eyes, it was pretty amazing. I got the perfect pair of Nikes at an amazing rate. Do you guys have any amazing shopping stories?

I hope you guys enjoyed this! Definitely, let me know if you guys have any shopping hacks! If you like these lifestyle posts, every once in a while let me know because I love writing these!

“Love Letters + Pretty Covers” Teaser Tuesdays & Exciting News

jij'

Hello guys,

This is a very late Teaser Tuesdays  but I am back again to share with you my latest read! If you didn’t know teaser Tuesdays is where I share with you a teaser from a current read and my current thoughts on the novel. Lately, I’ve been in a bit of a reading slump (it sucks 🙁 ) but I’ve been reading:

whisper to me by nick lake!

File_000

Recently, Bloomsbury sent me a copy of Nick Lake’s Whisper To Me and I just started it a few days ago but because I’ve been in a bit of a reading slump, I’m only on page 25. Whisper To Me is a long love letter from a girl called Cassie who has messed up her relationship with her boyfriend. She hears voices everyday and she doesn’t know who they are from but she just wants her boyfriend to come back. I like to go into novels without knowing much. Hence, I’m predicting that this novel will be a mix of a cute contemporary that deals with mental illness. Whisper To Me is unlike any novel I’ve read before. It really is a love letter and it feels like I’m reading someone else’s journal. I’m really enjoying it so far!
